Next working day service means that orders for dog cages placed before 12 midday will be despatched the same day for the following days delivery excluding weekends and bank holidays. There is no delivery service on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays. If you order a dog crate on a Friday at 2pm for example it will be despatched on the following Monday for Tuesday delivery. If you do not understand what next working day service means then you must ask for an explanation before you order. We do not deliver dog crates to the highlands and Northern Ireland for the standard prices. Some Scottish islands are excluded as is Isle of Man please email first if not mainland UK.
