We want your shopping experience to be enjoyable in terms of quality and service that is offered by us and we will help wherever possible to ensure this is so. In order to ensure our prices stay low we need our customers to act in a fair and reasonable manner too. We will replace any of our pet products if found to be defective. A replacement will be sent out to you on reciept of the faulty item. Under the distance selling regulations ou have the right to a cancel your order within 7 business days. A refund will be processed upon reciept of the returned item. The item and its packaging must be undamaged and in a resaleable condition. A 20% restocking fee will be charged on ordered placed incorrectly and the cost of the special next day delivery service will not be refunded.

Please be extra careful when selecting the correct product for your pet. If you are not sure or if you have any questions regarding a pet product please contact us and we will do our best to answer your questions accurately if you are in any doubt about the size then DO NOT purchase the item until you are sure that you are ordering the correct sized item. All product sizes stated on the website are approximate and we do not accept returns unless there is a significant (more than a 3inch) difference in the size stated either way. If you purchase the incorrect sized product which is no fault of ours  and you wish to return it you will be refunded for the cost of the dog crate in full less the cost of reboxing which is £9 as well as you spent special next day delivery service which is currently £8.99 if this was what was opted for. If you want us to collect a crate due to you ordering incorrectly we will charge an uplift fee of £30 to arrange this. Delivery will be despatched on the day the payment has been received if within normal business hours if ordered before 12.00pm. Although we use a next day delivery service please allow up to 5 business days for your product to arrive. Tracking details will not be issued until 2 business days have passed. We use a number of different companies to deliever the dog crates to ensure keen prices. If for any reason you are unable to accept delivery, they will attempt to deliver a second time free. However, if they are still unable to make the delivery to you, and additional delivery charge will be incured by you.

If you live in a postal areas that is excluded from the standard delivery charge you will be charged for the additional amount or you will need to pay an extra £8 (Delivery to Postcodes starting with he following:
BT, IV, HS, ZE, IM, JE, and GYAB37, AB38, AB44, AB55, AB56, KW1, KW10 to KW14, KW2, KW3, KW5, KW6, KW7, KW8, KW9, PA20 to PA40, PH19 to PH26, PH30 to PH41
Without Exception, also it could take up to seven normal business days for receipt. You must contact us if you wish the crte to be ddelivered to one of the above locations so that you can pay for the additional carriage.
